THE ROLE:
• You will become part of an established claimant clinical negligence team, managing a diverse caseload of claims from initial instruction through to resolution, including matters progressing to trial.
• The team handles a broad range of complex and high-value clinical negligence cases, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise and gain exposure to challenging litigation.
• With hybrid working and opportunities across multiple office locations, the firm offers flexibility alongside a strong focus on professional development and work-life balance.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Newly Qualified Solicitors through to experienced Clinical Negligence Lawyers who are looking for their next career move.
• Experience handling claimant clinical negligence matters.
• The ability to manage your own caseload and progress claims through the litigation process.
• Excellent client care, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A genuine interest in developing your expertise and progressing your legal career.
