Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent standard of client care.
Developing strong and lasting relationships with clients.
Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the Clinical Negligence practice.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors who can demonstrate:
Newly Qualified through to 3 years' PQE.
Some experience in clinical negligence would be advantageous, although applications are also welcomed from Solicitors with relevant litigation experience who have a genuine desire to specialise in this area.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet litigation deadlines.
Strong communication and client care skills.
A sensitive and empathetic approach when dealing with clients and their families.
The ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards of work.
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to developing your legal career.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist Clinical Negligence team where you'll be exposed to high-quality claimant work and supported by experienced lawyers as you develop your technical and litigation skills.
The firm places a strong emphasis on training, professional development and career progression, making this an excellent platform for a Solicitor looking to establish themselves within clinical negligence. You'll work in a supportive and collaborative environment where client care is at the heart of the practice.
In addition to hybrid working, the firm offers a comprehensive benefits package including a minimum of 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, pension scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, Cycle to Work Scheme, local business discounts and professional fees paid where appropriate. There is also an employee recruitment incentive scheme and excellent ongoing training and development opportunities.
