Clinical Negligence Solicitor, 0–3 Years’ PQE, London, Circa £65,000 DOE. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a highly regarded and ambitious Claimant focused team in London. •Handle a varied caseload of pre-issue and litigated Clinical Negligence claims under supervision, supporting Claimants and their families following poor medical treatment.

•Provide sensitive, clear and high quality legal advice throughout what can often be a challenging and emotional process, ensuring clients receive excellent levels of care.

•Draft witness statements, instruct medical experts, review medical reports and provide detailed advice to clients throughout the progression of claims.

•Instruct and liaise with Counsel, attend conferences and work collaboratively with colleagues to progress matters effectively.

•Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 0–3 years' PQE. Some previous Clinical Negligence experience would be advantageous, although candidates with relevant litigation experience and a genuine desire to specialise in this area are encouraged to apply.

•On offer is a competitive salary of circa £65,000 DOE, hybrid working and a minimum of 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
