Residential Conveyancer

Residential Conveyancer, 5+ Years PQE, Swindon, £45,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a growing team in Swindon. JOB REF:4114.

THE ROLE:
• You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, acting for a broad range of clients and handling transactions from instruction through to completion.
• You will be responsible for Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, New build transactions, Transfers of equity and Remortgages

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.
• You will be technically strong and confident in handling a busy caseload
• Commercially aware and client-focused
• A natural relationship builder
• Proactive and self-motivated
