Job Description

Residential Conveyancer, 3+ Years PQE, Staffordshire, £40,000+ (DOE) – We are seeking an ambitious Residential Conveyancer to join a busy Residential Property department. JOB REF: 4509.

THE ROLE:
• This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service, developing people, and shaping the future of a thriving department.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local estate agents, introducers, and other professional contacts to generate new business.
• Manage a caseload of complex and high-value residential property matters, including re-mortgages, shared ownership transactions, lease extensions, and other technically challenging conveyancing work.
• The firm offer a supportive working environment with flexible and hybrid working arrangements to promote a healthy work-life balance.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
• Excellent technical knowledge of residential conveyancing and regulatory requirements.
• Outstanding communication, attention to detail and working within a team environment.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional client service and developing those around you.
