JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 2+       
LOCATION: Liverpool                
SALARY: Up to £45,000 (DOE)                    

THE ROLE:
An experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer is sought to manage a varied caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion. The successful candidate will handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters while providing a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with an established team and develop strong relationships with clients, agents and introducers.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives with solid experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently. The appointed Lawyer will possess strong communication and organisational skills together with a proactive and commercial approach. Candidates should be confident managing their own caseload and committed to delivering excellent client service.
