Job Description

Commercial Property Solicitor | NQ–3 PQE | Shropshire | Hybrid Working | Salary up to £50,000

A well established and highly regarded law firm in Shropshire is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) to join its growing Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to work closely with the Head of Department within a supportive and collaborative environment, handling high quality commercial property work while developing their role as the team expands.

The successful candidate will manage a varied commercial property caseload from instruction through to completion, running files independently with paralegal support. The role is client facing and offers exposure to a broad range of matters, with the opportunity to take on increased responsibility and broaden your experience over time. While experience in developer led property work would be advantageous, it is not essential and training can be provided.

This role would suit a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer who is confident managing matters end to end, enjoys regular client interaction and is looking for long term progression within a stable and supportive firm.

The firm offers a competitive salary of up to £50,000, depending on experience, alongside an achievable bonus structure based on billings above target. Hybrid working is available, with the role based from the firm’s Telford offices. The firm is known for its positive culture, low staff turnover and genuine commitment to career development.
