Commercial Property Solicitor, 2+ years PQE, North Yorkshire, £Highly Competitive (DOE) – New opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly reputable team. JOB REF:3718

• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for advising clients within a range of commercial sectors on a wide range of property and agricultural matters.
• Your caseload will consist of leaseholds, planning & developments, sales & acquisitions and various commercial agreements and licenses.
• There will also be the opportunity get involved with business development, building your own contacts in the area as well as nurturing existing relationships.
• You will have exceptional communication skills and work well within a team environment.
