You'll be working on high-quality, varied matters, supporting vulnerable clients and their families, and making a real difference to people's lives. And here's the bonus: you'll only need to be in the office one day a week. Yes, really!
THE ROLE:
You'll take ownership of a varied and interesting caseload, advising on a broad range of Court of Protection matters and ensuring the best interests of your clients remain at the heart of everything you do. Your work will include:

• Gift applications
• Contested Deputyship matters
• Advising Deputies and Attorneys on their duties and responsibilities

In short, no two days are likely to look quite the same – and that's exactly how you like it.
ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?
We're looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience in Court of Protection and Mental Capacity Act matters
• Can confidently manage their own caseload with minimal supervision
• Has excellent communication and client care skills

You'll be someone who knows their way around the Court of Protection, enjoys building relationships and understands that good legal advice is about people just as much as paperwork.
LETS TALK ABOUT THE GOOD STUFF:
There's plenty to get excited about:
• Hybrid working: Just one day per week in the office
• Competitive salary: Reflecting your skills and experience
• Excellent benefits package: Because the little extras matter too
