THE ROLE:
Working closely with the Head of Family, you will manage your own caseload across divorce, financial remedies, children matters, cohabitation disputes and domestic abuse. Responsibilities include advising and representing clients, preparing legal documentation, attending court hearings and exploring alternative dispute resolution. You will also mentor and supervise junior colleagues, supporting the development of the team and maintaining high standards of service.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded Family Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE and strong experience in financial remedy and children matters. You will have excellent client care, communication and advocacy skills, with experience preparing cases and instructing Counsel. The ability to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to business development is essential, while an established client following would be advantageous.
