Employment Solicitor, 4–7 Years PQE, Solihull, £55,000 - £75,000 (DOE) - This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor looking to join a respected firm offering high-quality work, strong client relationships, and a clear path for progression. JOB REF:5506

• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with between 4-7 Years PQE.
• You will be responsible for a caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including Tribunal claims, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies, TUPE, contracts, policies, settlement agreements, and corporate support work.
• You will have experience across contentious and non-contentious matters
• Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Commercially minded with excellent client care skills
• Comfortable contributing to business development/networking and client relationship management
