EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR, 4+ PQE, WARWICKSHIRE, £40,000–£60,000 (DOE) – Excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join an established and highly regarded law firm in Warwickshire. THE ROLE:

You will advise a diverse client base on a broad range of employment matters, including both contentious and non-contentious work. This will include employment tribunal claims, disciplinary and grievance matters, settlement agreements, redundancy, performance management, contracts and policies, and general day-to-day employment advice.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, providing commercially focused and practical advice, while developing strong and lasting client relationships. The role will also provide scope to become involved in business development and contribute to the continued growth of the employment team.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are welcomed from qualified Employment Solicitors with 4+ years' PQE and solid experience across a broad range of employment matters.

You will ideally have experience managing your own caseload, strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills. The successful candidate will be commercially aware, proactive and confident when dealing directly with clients.

You will be a strong team player with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and contribute positively to the wider success of the department.
