Employment Solicitor – Locum, 2+ Years’ PQE, London / Hybrid, 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract, Circa £35 Per Hour. An excellent opportunity for an immediately available Employment Solicitor to join a reputable organisation on a six month fixed-term basis, supporting an increased workload. Job Ref: 5442

•Manage a varied caseload of employment claims and litigation on behalf of members, providing high-quality legal advice and representation throughout each matter.

•Represent clients before Employment Tribunals, courts, internal hearings and other dispute resolution procedures, undertaking advocacy where appropriate.

•Provide legal representation and advice to members appearing before relevant regulatory bodies.

•Support regional colleagues by providing practical employment law advice and guidance on complex issues.

•Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 2+ years' PQE and proven experience in employment law, case management and litigation.

•Strong analytical, communication, advocacy and negotiation skills are essential, together with the ability to produce clear and accurate legal documentation.

•Experience in related areas, such as personal injury claims, would be advantageous.

•On offer is flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home 1–2 days per week, alongside a competitive rate of circa £35 per hour.
