Employment Solicitor – Locum, 2+ Years’ PQE, London / Hybrid, 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract, circa £35 per hour. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an immediately available Employment Solicitor to join a reputable organisation on a six month fixed term basis due to increased workload. Offering flexible hybrid working and varied employment litigation work, this role is ideal for an experienced solicitor seeking an interesting interim opportunity. Job Ref: 5000

• Manage a varied caseload of employment claims and litigation on behalf of members, representing clients before Employment Tribunals, courts, internal hearings and through other dispute resolution procedures.

• Undertake advocacy where appropriate and represent members before relevant regulatory bodies, providing practical and commercially focused employment advice throughout the lifecycle of each matter.

• Contribute to the delivery of employment law training, assisting colleagues and members with developing their understanding of key legal and regulatory issues.

• Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with more than 2 years' PQE in Employment Law and proven experience managing employment casework.

• Experience in related areas, including Personal Injury claims, would be advantageous.

• This is a six month fixed term contract, offering a competitive rate and flexible hybrid working, with the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days per week.
