Job Description

Private Client Solicitor (Trusts & Tax), 5+ Years PQE, West Midlands, £50,000+ (DOE) – If you're an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking for a role where you can do high-quality work, build lasting client relationships and play a genuine part in the future of a successful team, we'd love to hear from you. THE ROLE:
• You will work with a diverse and interesting client base, dealing with matters that require both strong technical expertise and a thoughtful, personal approach.
• From complex wills and trusts to estate planning and administration, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work while having access to experienced colleagues and a supportive team environment.
• You will have the autonomy to manage a varied Private Client caseload, advising individuals and families on a wide range of matters including Wills, trusts and succession planning, estate administration, including complex and taxable estates, Inheritance tax and related planning and powers of attorney and Court of Protection-related matters
• You will also be an important part of the wider team, sharing your knowledge, supporting less experienced colleagues and helping to maintain the high standards for which the department is known.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE with strong experience across wills, trusts, estates and related tax planning
• The confidence to manage matters independently and provide clear, commercially minded advice
• A genuine commitment to delivering an excellent client experience
• Experience of supporting, supervising or mentoring junior colleagues
• An interest in developing client and professional relationships and contributing to business development
