THE ROLE:
• An established law firm is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and client-focused Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team.
• You will advise individuals and families on a range of private client matters, delivering clear, practical and empathetic legal advice tailored to each client's needs.
• Your caseload will include wills, probate and estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, inheritance tax planning and trusts, depending on your experience.
• You will have responsibility for managing matters from instruction through to completion, maintaining excellent client care standards and contributing to the continued development of the department.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
• You will have a solid understanding of wills, probate and estate administration, together with the ability to manage your own caseload efficiently and confidently.
• You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, a compassionate approach to client care and the ability to explain complex legal matters in an accessible way.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach and a genuine commitment to developing your technical expertise will be essential.
• STEP membership or a willingness to work towards the qualification would be advantageous.
