Residential Conveyancer

Residential Conveyancer, 6+ Years PQE, Bristol, £65,000+ (DOE) – This role would suit a confident residential property professional who enjoys a varied caseload, takes pride in delivering excellent client service and is ready to take on additional responsibility within a supportive team. JOB REF:5170

THE ROLE:
• You will manage a broad range of residential property matters, taking responsibility for your files from the initial instruction through to completion and beyond.
• You will have regular contact with clients and other professionals, providing clear advice and keeping matters progressing efficiently.
• Alongside your own caseload, you’ll be a valued point of support for colleagues, sharing your experience and helping less experienced members of the team develop their knowledge and confidence.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with a minimum of 6 Years PQE.
• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing and property law
• The ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• Excellent organisational skills and close attention to detail
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Confidence communicating with clients and building trusted relationships
• The ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines
• Experience supporting, mentoring or supervising colleagues
• A positive and collaborative approach to working within a team
• The resilience and adaptability to perform effectively in a busy environment
