THE ROLE
This is an opportunity to join an established residential property team handling a broad range of high value and complex transactions for a sophisticated client base. You will advise HNW and UHNW individuals, family offices, trustees and professional advisers on the acquisition and disposal of prime residential properties, including luxury London homes, country estates and properties within prestigious developments. The role offers excellent exposure to complex private wealth matters, with the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across private client and family teams to provide a genuinely joined-up service to clients. You will also have significant direct contact with clients and their wider professional teams, with the opportunity to develop and strengthen those relationships. The team is continuing to grow and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to play an important part in the development of the residential offering and its client base.

THE CANDIDATE
Applications are welcomed from experienced Residential Property Solicitors with a strong background in high value residential work, ideally gained within a well-regarded property practice. You will have a detailed understanding of the legal and commercial issues affecting high value residential transactions, including a good working knowledge of the Building Safety Act and its implications for residential sales and purchases. You will be confident dealing directly with clients, family offices, intermediaries and other professional advisers and will have the commercial judgement and communication skills required to provide a highly personalised service. Excellent drafting, negotiation and problem-solving skills are essential, together with the ability to manage a complex workload effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business.
