Property Solicitor | 5+ PQE | Dorset | Competitive Salary DOE

A respected regional law firm in Dorset is looking for an experienced Property Solicitor to join its growing team. You'll handle a varied caseload across both commercial and residential property matters, advising individuals, businesses, investors, and developers.

The Role
• Manage commercial and residential property transactions from instruction to completion
• Advise on sales, purchases, leases, refinances, transfers, and landlord & tenant matters
• Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documentation
• Conduct due diligence and identify legal and commercial risks
• Liaise with clients and key stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
• Support business development and maintain strong client relationships

About You
• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years' PQE
• Strong experience in both commercial and residential property
• Able to manage a varied caseload independently
• Good knowledge of SRA regulations, AML requirements, and risk management
• Proficient with case management systems and Microsoft Office
