Property Litigation Solicitor, 2-5 Years PQE, Birmingham, £50,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a thriving team. JOB REF:5486.

• This role will suit an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor looking for a fresh challenge in their career.
• Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with between 2-5 Years PQE.
• You will be responsible for a varied property litigation caseload to include Landlord and Tenant matters, boundary and general property disputes, TOLATA claims and professional Negligence claims
• Supporting the Commercial Litigation team where required with general dispute resolution work
• Strong advocacy skills, with the confidence to represent clients when required
• The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for business development and building on the firm’s outstanding reputation
