Job Description

Legal Secretary (Residential Property), Hereford, £Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established and supportive law firm that prides itself on delivering exceptional client service. You'll play a key role in supporting our Residential Property team, helping to ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion. JOB REF:4339.

THE ROLE:
• Providing administrative and secretarial support to fee earners
• Preparing contract packs and completion documents
• Managing diaries, appointments and meetings
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors
• Opening and closing files and maintaining accurate records
• Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Residential Property or Conveyancing
• Excellent typing and IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
• A keen eye for detail and excellent accuracy
• Outstanding communication and client care skills
• A positive, proactive and professional approach
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
