SALARY: Up to circa £30k (DOE)

THE ROLE:
A position has become available for a Legal Secretary to join this established firm. The successful secretary will be working within the residential conveyancing team supporting the busy Residential Property Fee Earner. You will be handing a range of work including post completion work, Stamp Duty Returns, assisting in the preparation of sale contract packs and submitting searches. You can also expect to be liaising with estate agents, lenders and clients.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will need to be an experienced Legal Secretary with a proven track record working in a residential conveyancing team. Our client requires the suitable candidate to be able to hit the ground running and have strong communication skills, be extremely organised and efficient with their time management.
