You'll advise a broad client base including developers, investors, landlords, lenders and businesses across a wide range of commercial property matters. Your broad ranging caseload will include:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Land and development transactions
• Mixed-use property matters
• Auction sales and purchases
• Secured lending, refinancing and bridging finance
• Landlord and tenant work, including leases, renewals, licences and surrenders
• Property transactions involving pension schemes
• Transfers of equity and Land Registry matters

This role offers a strong platform for a solicitor looking to develop their expertise and take the next step in their career within a thriving and collaborative team. The successful candidate will possess:

• Circa 2+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
• Experience managing your own caseload
• Strong technical and commercial skills
• Excellent client-facing and relationship-building abilities
