THE ROLE:
The role will include commercial property sales and purchases, sale of business assets, auction transactions, secured lending and a broad range of Landlord and Tenant matters. You will also deal with pension scheme transactions, Land Registry applications, Section 25 notices and matters involving management companies. The successful candidate will be expected to manage their caseload efficiently whilst delivering a high standard of client service and commercially focused legal advice.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Commercial Property Solicitors with a strong technical knowledge of Commercial Property Law and a broad general commercial property background. Experience across sales and purchases, business asset sales, secured lending, Landlord and Tenant transactions and Land Registry matters will be highly advantageous. You will also have excellent communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach.
