SALARY: £50,000 - £65,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded commercial property team based in Oxfordshire. You will advise a diverse client base including investors, developers, occupiers, lenders and corporate clients on a broad range of commercial property transactions.

The role will involve handling acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, drafting and negotiating leases and ancillary documentation, assisting with development and investment transactions and supporting property finance work alongside banking teams. You will also undertake title investigations and due diligence exercises while managing transactions from instruction through to completion.

Working within a collaborative and supportive environment, you will have direct client contact and the opportunity to become involved in business development initiatives while continuing to develop your technical and commercial expertise.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with between one and four years’ post-qualification experience gained within a recognised commercial property practice. You will possess strong drafting and negotiation skills together with the ability to manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision.

A commercially pragmatic approach, excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail are essential. You will also demonstrate excellent communication and client relationship skills, together with a proactive and team-oriented attitude.
