Job Description

Commercial Contracts Solicitor, 7+ Years PQE, Bristol, £85,000+ (DOE) – We are looking for a talented Senior Associate to join a market-leading Commercial Contracts team in Bristol.REF:3919.

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied commercial contracts caseload across sectors including Retail, Food & Drink, Sport, Leisure and Logistics.
• Your caseload will include supply arrangements, commercial joint ventures, collaboration and partnering arrangements, terms and conditions of sale and purchase, distribution and agency agreements, logistics and warehousing and services agreements.
• You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development initiatives within a highly regarded national team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Contracts Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE looking for a new challenge in their career.
• Strong experience advising on a broad range of commercial agreements
• Confidence managing complex matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, and advising senior stakeholders
