A well-established Somerset firm is looking to recruit a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to support the continued growth of its busy property team. This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor seeking a more strategic role with genuine progression potential.

You will manage a quality residential conveyancing caseload while also contributing to business development, client relationship building and departmental growth. There is scope to support junior team members and play a key role in shaping the team’s future direction. Candidates with a proven track record in fee generation or business development will be highly regarded.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ PQE, strong technical expertise and a confident, client-facing approach. In return, the firm offers hybrid working, performance-related bonuses and a clear pathway for progression within a supportive and forward-thinking team.
