Job Description

Residential Property Solicitor | 2+ PQE | Bristol | Competitive Salary (DOE)

A well-established and highly regarded Bristol law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (2+ PQE), Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join its busy and growing property team. The firm has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services and offers a modern, supportive, and flexible working environment.

In this role, you will manage your own caseload of residential property matters with minimal supervision. Your work will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build and off-plan transactions, as well as shared ownership and Help to Buy schemes. You will work closely with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process throughout.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ PQE (or equivalent), with proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently. You will be commercially aware, highly organised, and committed to delivering excellent client service, with strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

In return, the firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package, flexible and hybrid working options, and a friendly, collaborative team culture. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive firm with a strong reputation and clear opportunities for career development.
