A respected and well established law firm in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their close knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a supportive environment, and is confident managing a varied Private Client caseload from the outset.

About the Role:
You will be joining a small, friendly department. The firm is looking for a full-time fee earner to bridge the gap between the existing part-time lawyers and to further strengthen the team.

Caseload Includes:
• Standard Wills, Trusts, and Probate
• Trust work (particularly vulnerable person trusts) – setup only; no trust administration
• Standard estate administration, including some high net worth estates
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Drafting your own wills confidently and independently
• With file opening handled by the admin team to support efficiency

What They’re Looking For:
• 5+ years PQE as a Solicitor or equivalent
• Strong technical experience across core Private Client areas
• Someone confident working independently from day one
• A warm, client focused approach
• A team player who enjoys contributing to a supportive, family feel environment
• A following would be advantageous, but it is not essential
