Private Client Fee Earner | Urgent Requirement | West Midlands | £30,000 – £35,000 | Full-Time | Immediate Start Available

A well-regarded and long-established law firm in the West Midlands is looking to urgently recruit a Private Client Fee Earner to join its busy and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive who is keen to develop their career within a stable and friendly firm.

The successful candidate will join a growing department handling a steady flow of private client work, supporting the team while also managing their own caseload where appropriate.

The Role
You will be working on a variety of Private Client matters, including:
• Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
• Assisting with Probate and Estate Administration
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Supporting with Inheritance Tax matters
• Dealing with Court of Protection applications where required
• Maintaining excellent client care and building long-term client relationships
• Ensuring all work is carried out in line with SRA and regulatory requirements

About You
This role would suit someone early in their legal career who is looking to gain further experience within Private Client law.

The firm would welcome applications from:
• NQ – 2 years PQE Private Client Solicitors
• Chartered Legal Executives
• Experienced Private Client Paralegals looking to progress

You should also demonstrate:
• Good knowledge of Wills, Probate and LPAs
• Strong organisational and file management skills
• Excellent communication and client care abilities
• A proactive and team-focused attitude
