A well-regarded and long-established law firm in Dorset is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor with at least two years’ post-qualification experience to join its busy and growing department. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who is looking to build their career within a supportive firm that has a strong reputation for private client work and a loyal client base.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of private client matters and will be involved in advising clients on wills, estate planning, probate and estate administration, as well as preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney. The role will also involve advising on inheritance tax planning and trust matters, with occasional involvement in Court of Protection work where required. You will have the opportunity to handle files from initial instruction through to completion while maintaining a high level of client care and building lasting client relationships.

This position would suit a technically strong and personable solicitor who is confident managing their own caseload and enjoys working closely with clients on often sensitive matters. You will be joining an established and collaborative team where you will have the opportunity to further develop your expertise and continue progressing your career.
