Location: Wiltshire (Office-Based) – hybrid working can be considered
Salary: £DOE + Exceptional Bonus Scheme

The Opportunity
An established and highly regarded firm in Wiltshire is seeking Solicitors at all PQE levels, Legal Executives, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners to join its busy Residential Conveyancing department.
 
Due to sustained growth and high levels of instruction, this is a key appointment to the continued expansion of the team.
 
The firm is ideally looking for someone who can work full-time in the office, playing an active role in supporting and training more junior colleagues, however hybrid working could be considered.
 
The Role

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters
• Maintaining and developing strong relationships with estate agents and referrers
• Contributing to team development and supporting junior staff
• Meeting billing targets and driving business growth

The Candidate

• Solicitors at all PQE levels, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
• Confident running a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Commercially minded with strong billing capability
• Ideally able to bring a following or strong local estate agent relationships
• Keen to be office-based and involved in team development

Salary & Bonus

• Competitive salary dependent on experience
