Job Description

Commercial Property Solicitor, 6+ Years PQE, Gloucestershire, £75,000+ (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality matters with real client impact, while developing your career in a supportive, collaborative environment. JOB REF:2808.

THE ROLE:
• You will handle a broad range of commercial property work and play a key role in maintaining and developing strong client relationships.
• You’ll be trusted to manage matters independently while collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm.
• You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload to include leasehold and freehold transactions, sales and purchases of commercial property, commercial leases and refinancing and secured lending transactions.
• You will also contribute to business development initiatives and help strengthen the firm’s profile and client base.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE
• Strong technical expertise across a wide range of commercial property matters
• Commercially aware with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident in business development and networking activities
• A client following would be advantageous
