JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Cambridge
SALARY: Circa £45k – £60k

THE ROLE:
A new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Solicitor to join a growing and well-regarded practice in Cambridge, recognised for delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base, including national organisations and innovative regional businesses. You will be joining a forward-thinking and collaborative team, gaining exposure to a broad range of commercial property matters, including leases, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, development work, landlord and tenant matters, and licences. This is a varied role offering high-quality work from the outset, along with excellent scope for progression.

THE CANDIDATE:
I’m keen to speak with Solicitors or Legal Executives with practising rights who can demonstrate a minimum of 3 years’ PQE handling a wide range of commercial property matters. You will have strong technical expertise, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision. You will benefit from working closely with experienced Partners, while also having the autonomy to handle your own matters and build strong client relationships.
