Residential Conveyancer

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER – LOCUM, 3+ PQE, Buckinghamshire, Up to £45.00 per hour. A friendly firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to support their team on a part time basis. JOB REF: 1803

•A Residential Conveyancing Locum is needed for an initial 3–6-month assignment, with the possibility of extension. The purpose of this role is to provide additional support during a particularly busy period.

•Part-time hours are available, with the option of working either three full days per week or five half-days, depending on your preference.

•Secretarial support is provided, and the practice can accommodate hybrid working arrangements.

•Applicants will have at least 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, with experience managing a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
