OVERVIEW:
• The firm is seeking a residential conveyancer to manage a varied caseload.
• The caseload will include sales, re-mortgages, freeholds, leaseholds, and new plot purchases.
• You will deliver an exceptional service to clients across all areas of residential conveyancing.
• The firm are looking for a qualified solicitor, legal executive or a licensed conveyancer with at least 2 years’ experience.
• Previous experience in dealing with the full range of residential conveyancing transactions.
• The appointed legal professional will run their caseload with minimal supervision.
