THE ROLE:
• Handling a wide range of corporate legal matters
• Delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services
• Identifying service improvements and contributing to innovative solutions
• Actively engaging in networking and marketing to attract and retain clients

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE
• Proven experience in commercial and corporate transactions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Calm, professional approach under pressure
• Collaborative and flexible working style
