Job Description
        Corporate Solicitor, 4–7 Years PQE, Hampshire – We are seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join this dynamic and growing team. JOB REF:1473.
THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied corporate caseload to include mergers and acquisitions, exits and business disposals, equity and debt investments and articles of association and shareholders’ agreements
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and trainees.
• Contribute to business development and client generation initiatives.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with between 4–7 years PQE
• Strong technical drafting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven track record in managing corporate transactions.
• Commercially minded with the ability to interpret and apply complex legal issues in a practical way.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
