Residential Conveyancer – Locum, 3 + years’ experience, Gloucestershire, circa £45 per hour. An excellent opportunity to join a well established and respected law firm on a locum basis, providing essential support to the residential conveyancing team. OVERVIEW:
•Responsibilities include advising on the sales and purchases of various Residential Properties, such as transactions, including freehold, leasehold, Help to Buy, new build, shared ownership, and lease extensions
•Liaise with with clients, external agencies, and other legal professionals
•A comprehensive understanding of all areas of Residential Property law
•3 + years’ experience in a similar role
•Excellent communication skills
•The firm is looking for a locum available from mid-July to August
