Residential Conveyancer – Locum, Part time – 2 days per week, 3+ years’ experience, Buckinghamshire, £35-£45 per hour, Immediate Start. OVERVIEW:
•The appointed conveyancer will handle a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
•You will handle around 40 residential conveyancing files
•An ongoing assignment until the firm hire permanently
•This is a part time role - 2 days a week in the office
•The firm are looking for a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
•The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and work independently
•You will be reliable and proactive with excellent client-care skills
