Regulatory Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Cardiff, £60,000+ (DOE) - This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a collaborative, high-performing team, delivering meaningful work in a fast-paced and rewarding sector. JOB REF:0109.
THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for complex and high-impact investigations
• Manage and progress cases under the supervision of a Partner or Senior Solicitor
• Supervise and mentor paralegals and junior team members
• Review and analyse evidence
• Interview witnesses and prepare detailed witness statements
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and case advice
• Liaise with expert witnesses, counsel, and other key stakeholders
• Support vulnerable witnesses and ensure a person-centred, sensitive approach
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• 2+ years PQE, with demonstrable experience in healthcare or regulatory law
• Strong case management and communication skills
• A proactive, team-oriented approach
• Prior experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and IT skills
• A commitment to client service and stakeholder support
• The ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
