Agriculture Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Cardiff, £75,000+ (DOE) - A new role for a skilled Agriculture Solicitor to join a highly regarded team. THE ROLE:
• Advising on a wide range of issues across agriculture and landed estates
• Building and maintaining knowledge across the sector, sharing insights and working closely with colleagues firm-wide
• Supporting and developing client relationships, while identifying and referring wider business opportunities
• Actively engaging in business development and networking initiatives

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Agriculture Solicitors with between 4–8 years’ PQE
• Previous experience in agricultural law – or broader property experience with a strong interest in the sector
• A collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients
• Excellent drafting skills and legal technical ability
• Strong commercial awareness
• Organised, proactive and detail-focused
• Ambitious with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
