JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 3+ Years PQE
LOCATION: Norfolk
SALARY: Up to £60,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a forward-thinking law firm in their property team. You will be advising clients on a wide variety of commercial property matters including leases, acquisitions and disposals. As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor you will be managing a diverse caseload and draft, negotiate and review commercial leases and agreements. Ideally some residential property experience would be advantageous.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 3 years PQE in commercial property law and possess the ability to deal with complex property matters as all types of commercial property transactions. The successful commercial property solicitor will be required to undertake their own caseload of matters and have strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
