Commercial Property Solicitor, 3-6 Years PQE, East Sussex, £Excellent + Benefits (DOE) – My client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to become a key player within their growing commercial property team. REF: 9484.

THE ROLE:
You’ll be advising a broad range of clients, from developers and investors to corporate occupiers, across all aspects of commercial property, including:
• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Development and regeneration projects
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Portfolio management
• Supporting corporate transactions

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• You will have between 3–6 years PQE with strong experience in commercial property
• Comfortable managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Commercially astute and solution-focused
• Skilled in building strong client relationships
• Ambitious, proactive, and ready to contribute to team growth
