Employment Solicitor, 12 month FTC, 6+ PQE, circa £70, 000- £80,000 FTE, London. A Legal 500 law firm is looking for an experienced Employment Locum to cover a 12-month maternity leave, commencing in May. OVERVIEW:
•The main focus of this role is to handle non-contentious respondent work, representing employers in various employment law matters.
•You will manage a caseload of respondent employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and redundancy
•The role is primarily advisory, with a smaller component involving claimant and contentious work
•The firm is seeking qualified solicitors with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE in employment law and experience handling respondent work
•You will be available in May for circa 12 months to cover maternity leave
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
