Corporate Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Berkshire, £Competitive - This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join a leading, award-winning regional law. JOB REF:8856.

• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will work with a broad range of clients including business owners, corporates and entrepreneurs on all aspects of company and corporate law, and will handle matters across a variety of sectors, including IT, tech and life sciences.
• You will manage your own caseload of matters as well as working with and supporting more senior members of the team.
• You will be responsible for a varied corporate caseload to include complex mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, buying and selling companies and businesses, management buyouts and founder exits, shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures.
• It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
