OVERVIEW:
•Join a team essential to the region's success, working with a diverse national and international client base that provides abundant opportunities for growth and advancement
•You will be joining a team that is recognised in the Legal 500
•The appointed solicitor will handle a diverse caseload of corporate finance and company law advisory work for a range of clients
•This includes owner-managed businesses, public companies, private equity/venture capital funds, and banks
•You will draft, review, and negotiate a variety of transactional, finance, and corporate governance documents
•Supervise and develop junior team members
•Applications are open to candidates with at least 3 years PQE experience in corporate finance and practice, gained in either private practice or in-house roles
