OVERVIEW:
•The firm are experts in compensation claims.
•They specialise in industrial disease claims, including hearing loss, military hearing loss, asbestos claims, and vibration white finger claims.
•The appointed Lawyer will manage a caseload of both pre-litigated and litigated files.
•Responsibilities include taking and drafting witness statements, obtaining and reviewing records, liability investigations and preparing for conferences and hearings.
•You will have at least 3 years’ experience working in a similar role
•Previous experience in dealing with the full range of industrial disease matters and be able to run your caseload with minimal supervision.
•The Legal Professional will have good technical abilities as well as strong client communication to offer high quality service to clients
