OVERVIEW:
•Join a firm that are experts in compensation claims and specialise in industrial disease
•This includes cases related to, hearing loss and military hearing loss, asbestos claims and vibration white finger claims
•The appointed lawyer will be responsible for handling a caseload of both pre-litigated and litigated files
•This role involves, drafting and taking witness statements, reviewing and obtaining records, conducting liability investigations, and preparing for conferences and hearings
•The firm is looking for qualified solicitors or legal executives with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in dealing with a full range of industrial disease matters
•Good technical abilities as well as strong client communication
•You will offer high quality service to client
