JOB TITLE: Residential Property Conveyancer
PQE: 1+ PQE
LOCATION: Suffolk (Open to remote / hybrid / office based).
SALARY: £DOE

OVERVIEW:
• Are you looking for a fresh challenge in your career as a Residential Conveyancer?
• Experienced in all aspects of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion?
• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Paralegals who have proven technical expertise in covering all aspects of residential property.
• You will have previous residential property experience and be expected to contribute to the growth of the team.
• Your workload will include advising on sales and purchases matters such as leasehold and freehold issues, shared ownership and dealing with auction clients.
• Annual bonus scheme available which is based on individual and firmwide performance.
• Salary dependent on experience
